People serving together
PSM leads the local ministry in Uganda. Expand Uganda connects encouragement, friendship and resources through Expand Network. People often serve in more than one role.

Pastoral Support Mission
Pastor Sylver Turinawe leads the church partnership and serves as PSM chairman. Naphtali Abamwikiriza coordinates the ministry in Uganda, connecting church leaders, program work and field reporting.
PSM’s wider leadership shares the responsibilities of encouraging pastors, teaching and serving local communities. The economic development team is Naphtali, Joseph, Justus and Julius.
Expand Uganda
Eric Peterson, Brandon Chase, Sean Thomé and Ken Harvey serve with Expand Uganda. Their work includes ministry coordination, pastoral encouragement, discipleship and economic development, alongside the relationships each brings to the partnership.
Visiting teams also include friends who serve for a particular trip. Together, they join the continuing work led by Ugandan pastors and leaders.
Volunteer service and pastoral support
Everyone serving on the Expand Uganda team and PSM leadership team volunteers without compensation for that team work. The partnership also supports pastors, some of whom receive stipends as a planned bridge through the Pastor Partnership Business Program.
The relationships go back years
The early PSM committee photograph is part of the story of this partnership. The team has continued to grow and share responsibilities as the ministries have developed.
