Returning for baptism at Mwera
July 26, 2026
Baptism and fellowship
The team returned to Mwera Prison and baptized 31 people. Fourteen professed faith during the visit and were baptized alongside 17 existing believers.
Life in Christ, inside and beyond prison
The visit included a shared meal, Bible-study encouragement and conversation with prison administrators. Discussion also turned to life after release and the developing vision for New Beginnings. Pray for lasting relationships and places of welcome as people return to their communities.
